Winton Homes operates on a cost+ basis. All prices throughout the Winton process are estimates as material costs may vary throughout the year. Your final price is firmly locked in via sales contract and upon 65% production deposit. First delivery must occur no later than 8 weeks from receipt of the production deposit and contract acceptance. All pricing is before taxes. Applicable for new design deposits only. Applicable for all Winton designs and custom home designs.
